The Developer Experience
(DX) organization is looking for a Category Manager
who will establish category thought leadership for Cross-Industry Enablers
to ensure differentiated go-to-market programs for our ISV
partners. You will be responsible for ensuring Cross-Industry ISV Enablers
are most successful on our modern platform, while owning the overarching strategy for how this will be achieved. You will be responsible for unifying cross-company efforts and leading the internal stakeholders in a consolidated category ISV
strategy across global and emerging partners.
You will work with internal and external teams to influence offers, programs and promotion activities that drive success for Cross-Industry Enablers
You will ensure success by showcasing our partner's solutions with key Cloud Computing
influencers and at Tier
1 industry events. You will ensure our Marketplace
meets the needs of Cross-Industry ISV Enablers
in order to drive ROI
and success of partner's solutions.
The ideal candidate will have Cloud Computing
experience and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with a combination of business development and technical expertise.
In this role, you would be responsible for:
a strategic plan for Cross-Industry ISVs Enablers
designed to accelerate the ROI
for partners developing solutions on Microsoft's
our Cross-Industry ISV Enabler
partner thought leadership and differentiation at internal and external forums
programs and Marketplace
enhancements based on feedback from partners and industry influencers
closely with marketing, developer teams, and partner organizations to drive discoverability and awareness of Cross-Industry Enabler
with global field and marketing teams to ensure Cross-Industry ISV Enabler
solutions are promoted in relevant regions
ongoing industry, trend identification, and competitive insights to the organization
exceptional professionalism and executive presence in dealing with both internal and external senior leaders
The ideal candidate will have:
of 7 years of experience in marketing and sales or business development with a proven record of influencing and defining partner programs to grow new businesses.
experience in Cloud
computing, including developer ops, BI & analytics, database & storage, big data, app services, OS, networking & security, management & monitoring solutions.
understanding of technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends. Knowledge
and passion for driving adoption of Microsoft Cloud
presence and a proven record of building trusted relationships with and influencing senior executives. Exceptional
leadership and community building skills.
collaboration skills with exceptional verbal and written communication.
motivated, results-driven with exceptional decision-making and follow through. Strong
organization / prioritization and analytical skills are essential.
