Are you a marketing and business leader looking for a new challenge? Do you want to play a critical role in transforming enterprise audience marketing?

The Enterprise Audience Marketing team is looking for a new Audience Marketing Manager to lead a team of Digital and Relationship marketing professionals to deliver global marketing campaigns and programs to drive awareness, purchase intent and opportunity acceleration for Microsoft products and solutions within enterprise customers. Candidate needs to guide the development of digital marketing strategies to increase mindshare and engagement with decision makers against defined metrics and ROI. Additional the candidate needs to prioritize and oversee core sales and marketing content to communicate the value proposition and competitive positioning of our offerings in a compelling way. In this role you will be required to work closely with exec stakeholders, BG marketing teams, segment leaders, PR and other marketing leaders to drive thought leadership and to articulate an industry-leading vision within the context of One Microsoft.

Scope of role:
o Lead high impact team to reimagine modern marketing at Microsoft.
o Plan global marketing strategy across key engines/tactics - digital, social, email, and events.
o Leverage marketing automation platform to build new and innovative customer journeys that are personalized and responsive to the individual customer.
o Work closely with other product, industry, segment, and field marketing stakeholders to align efforts and drive shared priorities for bigger impact.
o Support editorial agenda on Enterprise portal, seeking opportunities to standardize and optimize while increasing the reach and impact of site content.

Team Leadership - Support team members to bigger impact and better collaboration across the company. Build influence capability within the team to drive positive outcomes at all levels in key partner groups.

Strategic Impact - Innovate and effect the company-wide strategy for modernizing and transforming marketing @ Microsoft. Lead where necessary and support where possible, seeking to drive positive impact for customers and for the field

Customer Centric Execution - Deliver great customer experiences that lead to positive business outcomes for Microsoft. Build mindshare with marketing executives at Microsoft about a customer-centric approach to campaign execution, based on great content and value-exchange, and the business processes and platforms that support customer engagement across functions (Sales, Marketing, Service, and Support)
Strengthen Connection with Sales - Influence the business process and platform to support better collaboration with Sellers and Marketers in the field as we move to a connected CRM solution in FY16

Deliver measurable impact through global execution of MDM campaigns in collaboration with WW M&O and other stakeholders across SMSG
Improve integration of Industry, Public Sector, BDM, and Campaign pages into /Enterprise to enable a better digital customer journey and connection to cross-channel campaigns
Seek out cost efficiencies of 10-15% to be reallocated to high-priority investment areas across Enterprise Marketing
Enable a collaborative, learning culture within the team as roles expand and evolve to meet the needs of a modern marketing org
Establish clear R&Rs internally to EAM and across partner groups at Corp and in the field to improve team and partner satisfaction

Other Qualifications:
Prefer 7+ years' experience in marketing and product strategy
Experience with running global initiatives and rolling out worldwide marketing campaigns
Understanding and experience in the Enterprise customer segment
Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work in an ambiguously defined environment
A very strong cross-team collaborator with a successful track record of leading and motivating cross-company virtual teams to drive action
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively to senior level management
