Senior Application Development Manager

cloud strategy. We are looking for senior level talent with a unique mix of client relationship management, delivery management, and application development skills to grow our business with a key partner in the Atlanta
In this role you will be interfacing regularly at the CxO
and VP level and supporting the needs of the office of the CTO
. You will be responsible for helping this client improve the overall quality and performance of their solution portfolio, migrating that portfolio to a SaaS
delivery model, as well as supporting execution of the priorities identified in a recent portfolio rationalization process.
your experience includes development and solution architecture, program management, service delivery management, and implementation experience with SaaS
delivery models particularly with Azure
. In addition you possess strong communication and collaboration skills and are prepared to work effectively as a One Microsoft Services
delivery team. Significant
growth opportunity exists with this client, particularly in their business groups. So identification of opportunities and the ability to develop those will also be an important aspect of your role.
In this position your efforts will support this partner's ability to go-to-market with Microsoft-based
solutions and produce business outcomes for their client's leveraging our platform. You will be jointly accountable (with the client) for realizing key outcomes that are central to their technology adoption strategy and application development processes.
In your role you will facilitate the engagement of a wide range of product and application development experts to assist the client in realizing their objectives. Many
of the engagements will take the form of architecture roundtables, technology assessments, capability building workshops, prototyping, application design reviews, testing and performance benchmarking, code reviews, porting/migration assistance, configuration management, and general development consulting. You're background and experience will make you a trusted advisor to the client and you will be expected to make recommendations on approach and services needed to achieve their desired outcomes.
Your work will have both proactive and reactive components. Managing
reactive cases and escalations to quick and timely resolution is another key aspect of this role.

consulting experience is highly desired. This position requires approximately 30% travel.
