Few companies can rival Microsoft's tremendous scale and assets that are necessary to make a lasting impact on the world. We are a world-class engineering and technology company that offers a platform adaptable to every screen: big, small, mobile, institutional, personal, and even wearable. We have scalable, intelligent cloud services that support mission-critical needs for half of the Fortune 500. We have depth across a breadth of services - ranging from the consumer to the enterprise - to help people get stuff done, have fun, communicate, and accomplish great things.

Within Microsoft, the mission of the Consumer Advertising team is to bring together the disparate narratives and campaigns across the Microsoft portfolio of products and services into one cohesive, connected set of stories told through a consistent, recognizable campaign platform. Our focus in the near term will be to highlight the Windows experience in advertising, to focus on overcoming barriers to purchase, and to strengthen key reasons to believe across TV, Print, Out-of-Home (OOH), and Digital executions.

When Microsoft first set out to put a PC on every desk and in every home, it positioned Windows at the center of that mission, which has ultimately led to over 1.5 billion people using our products around the world. Today, Microsoft aims to empower individuals and businesses to realize their full potential. Vital to this mission is a new revolution for Windows - Windows 10 - which represents an exciting opportunity for our team to drive.

Your Responsibilities as Advertising Lead on the Consumer Advertising Team
Your job will be to drive Windows advertising executions across TV, Print, OOH, and other mediums.

It is crucial that you have the ability to know how to get things done and how to manage a complex web of stakeholders.

Ideal candidates are self-starters who are ready to challenge the status-quo, have a deep passion for marketing and advertising, and seek out real challenges.
