Microsoft is seeking a seasoned people leader to join the Advertising Services Group to deliver world class customer service and drive revenue growth. A Services Manager is responsible for managing and developing Account Managers and Display Operations Managers- the services professionals responsible for building relationships, overseeing campaigns, driving creative consultation, and growing the business of strategic US advertisers based in the Santa Monica market. This position will also be responsible for working directly with strategic advertisers to continue to grow these accounts and ensure Microsoft Advertising is exceeding its expectations related to Microsoft Advertising service. The business environment demands that Managers demonstrate a capability to plan and manage for both short and longer-term goals, ability to work effectively across groups and drive the vision of 'Customer Preference' by consistently delivering value to customers, margin to the business and remaining relevant in an increasingly rigorous internal environment.

Core Responsibilities:
-Drive customer satisfaction through management of Microsoft Advertising campaign commitments and resolution of customer issues
-Push the boundaries of the known service models in pursuit of improved customer experiences at lower costs, while protecting the revenue and adSAT of our largest advertisers
-Drive up sell, revenue growth from existing advertisers, excellence in creative consultation and execution
-Support the sales team in delivering team revenue and yield targets
-Manage, coach and develop Services team (approx. 6-8 direct reports)
-Recruit and hire high-value talent into the Services team

Basic Qualifications:
-A minimum of three years Services experience with a blue chip or related communications company or agency
-Minimum three years previous Sales/People Management experience
-BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university
-Online/digital advertising experience
-Demonstrated track record of exceeding established goals on a consistent basis
-Great decision making, organizational planning skills, and customer interaction experience
-Strong cross group organizational and collaboration skills
