The Learning Sales Specialist
) supports the growth of each of the store team members by teaching them about our product line-up, customer service skills, and resources that will prepare them to offer a world-class customer experience. The LSSS
reports directly to the Store Manager
to oversee role, product, demo, and sales learning for all team members in the store, and works with the Field Learning Specialist
and the Head Quarters
(HQ) Learning Team
to help drive HQ and Market
priorities to ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives.

degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
