The World Wide (WW) Retail Channel Marketing Team is looking for a passionate trailblazer for the Online Merchandising Group to drive the WW Online Retail presence for a major new initiative. In this role, you will partner with our business groups, Consumer Channels Group (CCG) Brand, Subsidiary Teams, Time Zone Leads, as well as our WW retailers (EG: FNAC, Best Buy, MediaMarkt, Harvey Norman,, etc) to ideate, create, and execute premium digital experiences for online and in-store.

Our multi-category projects are critical to the long-term success of our retail business. These include initiatives tied to Band, Xbox LIVE, Electronic Software Download (ESD), Point-of-sale activation (POSA), Windows Ecosystem (or connected story) at Retail, and much more.

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

Retail industry experience
Digital marketing knowledge, including mobile and social media
Consumer marketing experience
Partner management experience
Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding ability to be agile when working in a highly fluid, occasionally
ambiguous environment
Passion for execution excellence
A strong, strong desire to innovate
Confidence to lead and drive for results across disparate groups
8+ years with online/digital marketing experience - including asset
creation, vendor management, and analytics
8+ years marketing communications experience -- Tenacity for execution
and sublime communication skills are imperative
5+ years with retail marketing and execution experience
3+ years project/program management experience

Core Competencies:

Consumer Marketing Strategy and Execution
Partner with the CCG and Business Group marketing teams to create
premium retail digital experiences online
Leverage knowledge of retail landscape and digital marketing to drive
best in class marketing execution
Lead projects that extend across cross-functional teams to plan,
execute, and integrate marketing plans
Present plans to management and executive teams; participate in
quarterly business reviews and annual budget planning
Partner Management:
- Manage communication, confidentiality and deliverables to optimize
relationship with Global business groups, subsidiary contacts, and US
- Manage timelines and budget with external creative agencies in creating
premium online experiences
- Manage expectations and timely deployment of online assets to WW
channel marketing account teams, and key retailer accounts

Business Management:

Track the success of digital marketing campaigns at retail by evaluating
key indicators such as metrics, analytics, sell-thru rates, and
revenue/manufacturing goals
Report all success metrics to cross functional executives and utilize to
drive change

Minimum Qualifications:

6 years online/digital marketing experience
4 years retail marketing and execution experience
Project/program management experience
