We are seeking an individual who understands how to drive Go-To-Market planning and execution through influence and collaboration with a broad business background. This position is a great opportunity for a candidate who has both consumer and retail marketing experience.

The ideal candidate will:
Develop plans to drive brand affinity, awareness, acquisition and attach of Xbox Live products at retail.
Develop GTM and evergreen marketing plans for LIVE products in the US
Drive results in a complex business, multi-stakeholder environment - work as single point of contact for all Live related marketing in US
Be the US LIVE subject matter expert on the product and customer
Understand product trends and seasonality, and provide closest to pin forecasting and revenue reporting for the US LIVE retail segment; manage SKU lifecycle, drive scorecard accountability
Measure and optimize program results and provide insights from business metrics; evaluate key indicators such as membership (paid and free), usage rates, ARPU, revenue goals

Key Responsibilities
1. Business leadership and Revenue Ownership - drive retail revenue growth opportunities. Understand monthly business performance facts, bring customer and business insights, and drive for growth. Monitor plan execution and make adjustments as needed. Present status to retail and BG leadership during monthly business reviews and weekly Manage & Monitor meetings.
2. Integrated Marketing Excellence - Create and execute marketing programs - including leading a cross functional team to plan and execute across retail, media, LIVE service, PR, partnerships and promotions. Manage marketing spend.
3. Brand Development: Create awareness and purchase intent for Xbox Live Gold in the US focused on key benefits, features and improvements to the service. Articulate value prop in meaningful way in the market, then track progress via business insights and results.
4. Product Development: Determine best products for retail (POSA, ESD, C2C); manage lifecycle and forecasting

Qualification and Skills
7+ years proven consumer marketing and retail experience; deep understanding of using all levers of marketing to drive business results
Demonstrated excellent analytical, problem resolution skills
A can-do attitude with a strong bias towards execution and results
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build positive working relationships
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience in the acquisition area a subscription business preferred
Undergraduate B.A. or B.S. degree is required.
