CRM Industry Solutions Marketing Manager - Dynamics

The Microsoft Dynamics Industry Marketing Team is looking for a dynamic CRM product marketer to help build and execute go-to-market plans, with compelling messaging and value props optimized for digital and social channels that redefine how companies use CRM to engage with their customers.

The CRM Industry Marketing Manager will work with the CRM Product team and Microsoft Dynamics Industry Directors to develop successful marketing programs targeted at Manufacturers, Financial Services, Professional Services, Government and Retail.

Responsibilities:

Manage Dynamics CRM industry solutions template program in conjunction with Engineering and Product Marketing
Develop creative marketing tactics for gaining awareness and thought leadership for our CRM Industry solutions and strategic partners
Develop and execute a social marketing program to promote Dynamics CRM in focus industries
Work with field marketing leads to execute CRM industry marketing programs
Work with cross-functional teams to accomplish annual goals and objectives

Professional Experience and Skills Required

7+ years experience in enterprise software, preferably business applications
5-7+ years experience in product marketing in a high tech company
Proven creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative marketing ideas
Dynamics, articulate, confident and self-starter personality with ability to translate industry and customer insight into executable GTM and sales guidance
Proven ability to collaborate within and across groups including marketing, R&D, partners and field sales teams
Proven track record in performing well in a fast paced environment
MBA a plus
Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence
