The Cloud and Enterprise (C&E) Customer Acquisition at Microsoft is looking for an extremely talented marketing automation specialist who also has a penchant for process to join its Marketing Automation team.

You will be responsible for:
-Building out and running the team's operational processes, including decision around technology used to help run team's operations
-Documenting anything and everything we need to help keep the business running smoothly, including training / templates for field
-Developing intake, triage, and execution process for non-scaled activities (i.e. Enhancements to system like non-standard contact us forms, or custom campaigns corporate or field wants to run)
-Develop method to understand and report on team's capacity to handle work / types of work being done. Help provide strategic planning recommendations and flag areas of concern where capacity constraints occur.
-Understanding the changes coming down the pipeline from a marketing systems perspective and making sure all stakeholders are trained / informed / supportive of updates
-Support global roll out and ongoing operations of Marketing Automation platform to the Microsoft field and corporate marketing teams for C&E
-End to end project management selected new enhancements to system (examples include lead scoring etc.)
-Having a great understanding of how we've architected the marketing automation platform
-Helping manage overflow of support requests from field around various marketing automation power user support scenarios
-Staying up to date on the latest trends and software updates on Marketo and Dynamics, including receiving ongoing training on the latest and greatest

You will work with:

You will then execute integrating marketing campaigns that leverage digital channels including Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Blogs, Marketo, Msdn, the Cloud platform home page, search and on occasions media buys to funnel customer demand. You will measure and report the success of your campaign and take those learnings forward.
