The Devices and Studios Marketing Team is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to develop, drive and coordinate the global marketing strategy, product launch plan, and sustain activities for the Microsoft HealthVault Service. This individual will work closely with Engineering, Planning, BI/CI, Marketing Communications, PR as well as Subsidiary Channel/Sales v-teams to develop product, marketing and go-to-market strategies, tactics, assets and resource alignment that will delight fans, drive users and usage, and deliver ecosystem attach.

Primary Responsibilities:
o Determine target customer, partnering closely with BI/CI, Planning and Engineering
o Develop the product platform (features, monetization models) and ecosystem (attach sales) roadmaps by working closely with Engineering, Planning, Finance, and BI/CI, considering and prioritizing target consumer high value needs and wants
o Drive the Product Marketing vision, strategy, tactics, GTM process (prelaunch - launch - sustain), assets and resource allocations with input from key Marketing Communications/PR disciplines and Regional Teams
o Ensure that integrated GTM/Sustain marketing efforts align with determined vision/strategy and can be adapted regionally as needed.
o Develop and communicate holistic Platform Product Marketing Plan (including product position, messaging frameworks based on product value proposition, competitive review, etc) to inform Marketing Communications Brief, PR Plans, Channel/Category Plans, Regional Marketing Plans and potentially Channel/Partners co-marketing plans with Experiences Marketer.
o Determine localization plans based off market potential, customer demand and ecosystem capabilities.
o Conceive, model, gain approval for, deliver and measure the impact of innovative marketing strategies, tactics, assets and activities that achieve short and long term business objectives..
o Be an evangelist with internal teams and external partners where necessary
o Assess product gaps, working with Engineering, Planning, Regional v-teams and partner Marketing teams, identifying and collaboratively developing strategies to overcome in both the short and long term
o Support the development of the service to drive users and usage and create marketing models to achieve those targets.
o Support regions in reaching business targets as required (identifying market trends and highlighting potential overcomes as needed).

Qualifications:
o 5+ Years of Service Marketing Background
o Experience in the Healthcare sector strongly desirable
o Experience in working with Development teams and Regional organizations
o Self Starter able to manage through highly ambiguous situations
o Solid organization, leadership, team-building and negotiation capabilities
o Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required. MBA a plus.
