We are looking for a Principal Engineer
. You will be responsible for the Power Architecture
management activities, and selection of sensor technologies and associated algorithms that will be used in a highly dense form-factor consumer electronics device. This requires knowledge of sensors as well as skills in prototyping, firmware, and algorithms; the ability to use power models that drive battery life predictions, experience with battery management circuitry, and an understanding of system-on-chip and related support chips to compare different compute and power efficiency. You will provide critical analysis on prototype data and drive the right solutions, design changes, and trade-off in the context of business priorities
The position involves working closely with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, industrial designers, software engineers, component engineers, and program managers. These span across teams with component vendors, manufacturing test, and reliability organizations. The candidate is expected to understand current and future industry technology trends and insight into competitive products.
In addition to meeting the technical qualifications, the individual must be able to influence and negotiate across electrical engineering team, cross-functional peers, and senior Management
through constructive methods.

in Electrical Engineering
10+ years experience designing and developing modern consumer electronics hardware and firmware at component, board, and system levels
with electrical mixed signal(analog and digital)circuitry, PCB
design and standard communication protocols such as USB
, I2C, I2S, MIPI
, and wireless standards, and low-level firmware
track record for root cause analyses/debugging of product issues
