In this centralized position you'll be working with a high performing team driving effective brand and marketing strategies for Microsoft
. You will be responsible for developing content, providing creative solutions, and maintaining incisive design standards across a range of Microsoft
offerings. In collaboration with other designers, managers, and agency partners around the world you will be asked to take on tough, complex brand challenges, and bring ideas to life that activate and create impact for the Microsoft
have demonstrated the ability to translate brand strategy into practical, engaging, brand expression. Show
compelling results-driven design for a broad range of media/experiences for consumer and business audiences, communicate ideas effectively, and collaborate well with others.
The ideal candidate will have served as Senior Designer
or Creative Director
in a brand agency, and would utilize comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of brand identity strategy, design expression, implementation, evangelism, and creative management for leading global technology brands.
- 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing world-class brand visual identity systems and creative processes from the ground up (includes logos, fonts, photography libraries, packaging systems, templates, etc.)
- A strong portfolio that exhibits a breath of compelling, successful creative: Web/digital
and print design, retail, packaging, industrial design, events, marketing communications, broadcast/video spanning both business and consumer audiences.
strong conceptual skills and innovative creative problem solving capabilities.
project/creative management, communication and storytelling skills.
strong relationships with internal teams and with world-class creative agencies to develop and implement brand identity expression.
consultation and training to ensure brand health, impactful, and lasting human connections.
