The position is for a Power Supply Design Verification Engineer. You will be responsible for the design verification and qualification of the Xbox power supply at the component, and system levels.

Responsibilities:

Validation of the power supply at component level using PSU automated test system.
Author the PSU supplier qualification requirement, test plan and test procedure.
Responsible for test deliverables and schedules.
Working with cross functional team such as EMC, reliability and system team, to evaluate PSU performance at component and system level.
Ownership of assigned subsystems, and be responsible for test deliverables and schedules.

Qualifications:

BSEE required.
5 to 7 years of experience in design and test related to technology products.
Project management skills.
Ability to write test documentation such as test plans, procedures, and reports.
Must be able to plan work, and work to a plan adapting as necessary in a rapidly evolving environment.
Experience in hardware prototype bring-up, debug, fault detection, failure analysis, and yield improvement.
Experience in automated test is a plus.
A solid understanding of core engineering principles
Knowledge of high volume consumer electronics design and manufacturing is desired.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly express technical concepts in verbal and written forms.
Enthusiastic, motivated and self-driven.
Attention to details is a must.
Domestic and international travel will be required.
