The Devices and Studios Marketing Team is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to develop, drive and coordinate the global marketing partner strategy for Microsoft Band and Microsoft Health. This individual will develop the partner roadmap, build partner facing content, manage partner meetings, create co-marketing plans, and own the relationship with partners from a marketing perspective. This individual will work closely with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing Communications, PR and Product Marketing team to develop a strong partner plan that will delight fans and drive unit sales for this emerging business for Microsoft.

Primary Responsibilities

o Own Partner Roadmap Planning for Microsoft Band.
o Own Partner Roadmap Planning for the Microsoft Health Service
o Develop & deliver customer facing content to attract & sustain partners
o Manage Partner relationships from beginning through sustain.
o Manage all Pilot programs with partners to build out future sales channels and amplify marketing strategies
o Collaboration with LCA, Biz Dev, and Engineering to develop contracts that meet business needs and deliver outstanding marketing execution
o Creation & Execution of all Gives/Gets for partnerships
o Manage Partner Seeding Programs
o Own the creation & planning for all partner promotions
o Execute Partner Analysis to understand opportunity sizing, marketing potential, and overall capabilities.
o Competitive Analysis on competitive device/service partner execution
o Be an evangelist with internal teams and external partners where necessary
o Assess partnership gaps, working with Engineering, Biz Dev, PR, Marcom, and Sales to identify and collaboratively developing strategies to overcome in both the short and long term
o Support the development of category/product forecasts, as well as revenue, growth, share and marketing spend targets for current/upcoming fiscal year.

Qualifications
o 6-10 years' experience in consumer electronics industry on a global scale, or like business
o Partnership marketing experience
o Experience in working with Development teams and Regional organizations
o Strong Sales & Social abilities to act as key Partner Spokesperson
o Solid organization, leadership, team-building and negotiation capabilities
o Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required. MBA a plus.
