Marketing Operations Program Manager for Windows Servicing

Windows Marketing is looking for a new team member who is passionate about the end-to-end Windows customer experience. We're looking for someone who wants build new and better ways to service and support Windows. As Operations Program Manager, you will represent the marketing strategy and plan as you work with sustaining engineering (CXE and Windows Update) as well as our customer support organization (CSS) to ensure a great post-sale customer experience. You will impact the experience of millions of customers!

Key responsibilities include:
Be the voice of the business into planning Windows servicing and support policies
Collaborate with sustaining engineer and customer support to manage the sales and support lifecycle policy for Windows
Setting the visions and strategy for future versions of Windows or our next generation support offerings.
Identify ways to maximize customer installation of updates
Own the overall cadence of marketing to CSS interactions including executive reviews, budgeting and planning
Manage marketing activities related to consumer security, including representing the business related to updates of first and third party anti-malware apps
Engage with PR to respond to customer and analyst servicing related inquiries

Qualifications:

Experience in product management or marketing operations program management, especially related to new product launches.
Familiarity with support policies and/or operational requirements across products is helpful
Background in business planning and budgeting
Extensive cross-group coordination experience, strong executional discipline, and exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
To manage the variety of responsibilities and deliverables required of this position, you must be highly organized and have strong problem solving skills
Familiarity with the Windows business is highly preferred.

Requirements: 3-5 years of product management, operations program management, and/or business planning experience are requested.
