as Advertising Manager
in the Consumer Advertising Team
are we after? A self-starter, ready to challenge the status-quo who has a deep passion for the dynamic world of advertising. The successful candidate will drive advertising coordination extending across our global advertising strategy, TV, print, out of home, in addition to tight alignment with the digital strategy and execution team. This includes partnering with multiple Directors
- the leaders who connect advertising with Product Marketing
. In addition, the role will include:
ad strategies, planning, and presentations for Microsoft

relationships and drive collaboration with the following teams: Partner
marketing, Business Planning
deliverables and execution with agency counterparts
the campaign development process including gathering requirements, input and feedback for brief development
in a complex corporate environment and managing the varied matrix of stakeholders at different levels
In this role you will have the opportunity to drive the success of one of the world's largest brands and have the responsibility of working within one of the largest advertising and media budgets at Microsoft
and within the industry as a whole.
have 5+ years of experience, preferably advertising and campaign development working with or for an agency
a proven track record of building trusted relationships and leading cross-group teams
for advertising, creativity, brands and consumption of content in addition to engagement in media and social channels.
and culturally thoughtful, and passionate about consumer technology and trends.
with complexity and driving simplicity in a global organization.
in synthesizing complex information and turning it into a story for executive approval via PPT PowerPoint
communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills while working with all levels within the company
