Your purpose is to support the growth of each of your team members to realize their full potential, so that they can help our customers do the same. You will report directly to the Store Manager
and will oversee role, product, demo, and sales learning for all team members in your store. You will also work with the Market Learning
leader who will help you drive both the corporate and market priorities to ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives.

- 3-5 years of retail leadership experience in a consumer electronics and/or high-end environment.
- 3-5 years in a people development role as a teacher, mentor or coach.
- 3-5 years of product demo and selling experience.
