is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant
to provide executive level support to the President
of MSNA Sales
organization. This exciting role consists of operations, project and executive management support, which will play a critical role in creating and executing on work needed to drive MSNA
strategic initiatives. A successful candidate will have the ability to adapt in a fast paced work environment, accommodate various working styles and prioritize their work effectively.
As the Executive Assistant
you will take on a variety of roles working with a dynamic group, including the executive staff as their projects interface with the President
. This position offers a range of primary administrative functions, responsibility for executive-level interfaces, as well as contact with customers and partners. Key
responsibilities include strategic prioritization in calendar management with insight to understanding what is critical to the business in order to make the appropriate decisions that directly impact the President's
time, as well as taking the initiative to effectively re-prioritize and change direction in response to unpredictable situations. Additionally
, this role is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating various tasks, including thorough meeting and event planning (onsite and offsite), coordinating complex domestic /international travel logistics, and assigning priorities to multiple competing and important activities quickly and effectively.
include a minimum of 8-10+ years of relevant work experience at the executive level, previous support in a sales and marketing focused organization strongly preferred. The successful individual will be able to manage priorities and tradeoffs in a continually changing environment, with demonstrated ability to communicate those changes and bring issues to a quick and solid resolution. Ability
to maintain confidential information, as well as the aptitude to work independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail are required. A solid understanding of the dynamics of the business is necessary. Experience
