. Your role will be to provide administrative, logistical, and operational support. This EA's
primary role would be focused on the CVP
needs and set them up for success to drive business excellence. A successful candidate comes with an advanced EA skillset, ability to effectively manage a high and time sensitive workload with a calm and confident attitude, ability to work independently, deal with ambiguity and have a passion for making managers and organizations great. This position requires someone who has excellent communication skills and possesses the ability to set priorities and handle multiple time critical tasks simultaneously with little direction, build relationships and keep things running in a structured way.

skills in managing a very complex calendar including travel, multiple global time zones and strategic prioritization of appointments for CVP
end-to-end complex domestic and international travel planning, including proactive planning of external partner meetings in tandem with planned business travel to drive schedule efficiencies.

scheduling and team calendar items; including All hands, off sites and team Morale
events - event planning
and submitting expense reports and auditing PO's
vendor accounts and space needs
with MS tools - HeadTrax

closely with the broader marketing Admin
team to ensure all administrative procedures unique to marketing are handled as required and that all group support is running smoothly.
o 10+ years of experience supporting an executive at Microsoft
or working in an external fast-paced environment. Proactive
in anticipating executive's needs and able to work independently to make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of the executive.
to work well in a changing environment, under pressure, on short-notice, and take appropriate action.
o You know complex executive scheduling and ROB
management and you're amazing at it!
and must work successfully in a team environment, build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse group of contributors internally and externally.
