The Windows Store
team is looking for a highly analytical and customer oriented digital marketing leader to build and run the Windows Campaign Management
function and team to achieve Windows
engagement and monetization objectives through the integrated management of marketing and merchandising campaigns. The ideal candidate has digital or online marketing leadership experience, deep and data-driven product marketing and merchandising skills, consumer app/game content expertise, an operations mindset, and proven ability to partner across internal engineering and marketing organizations.
us build and operate a world-class consumer service by assessing potential digital marketing campaigns against our quality and local relevancy standards, and approving their distribution to defined customer segments within a group of priority markets. You will manage a team that will monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance across a number of distribution channels and be accountable for any distribution changes needed to achieve a clear set of business objectives.
As a qualified candidate you will need to demonstrate:
in defining and executing consumer digital marketing with a combination of mobile, online and digital products
desire to create consumer delight by building and managing consumer services
in managing to financial performance objectives
analysis skills and qualitative judgment to manage and optimize marketing campaign execution
management skills allowing you to track, measure and improve both your work, and that of others on your team
interpersonal skills and work habits allowing you to deliver results
to work in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines under pressure
ability to collect and synthesize inputs from multiple sources, both inside and outside the team
proficiency with data analysis and collaboration tools
: The preferred candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 7-10 plus years of experience in online/mobile retail operations or digital advertising with leading global firms leveraging data-driven marketing. MBA
