The Windows Store
team is looking for a Marketing Leader
to build and run the Windows App Category Management
function and team for the Windows Store
to achieve Windows
engagement and monetization objectives through the integrated management of marketing and merchandising campaigns. The ideal candidate has digital or online business category management leadership experience, deep and data-driven product marketing and merchandising skills, consumer app and business software content expertise, an operations mindset, and proven ability to partner across internal engineering and sales organizations and external partners to source and market content.

category content acquisition and engagement objectives.
category financial performance objectives.
store apps category, experience, merchandising and store layout experience in over 230 markets.
, distribute and optimize marketing campaigns for third and first party apps and software content.

, source, onboard and publish new content and content offers.
and drive store and content capability and feature requirements to partner organizations to enhance user experience and business results.
As a qualified candidate you will need to demonstrate:
