The Data Platform Marketing
team is looking for an experienced product marketer who can drive our marketing strategy for our cloud database offerings and lead a team to continue to accelerate our business momentum and drive customer adoption and usage. The team will drive our engagement with the developer community for building new mobile and cloud applications with Microsoft's
data services as well as support the onramp of our existing customers and community to the cloud and embracing cloud-based and hybrid solutions. This is an end-to-end product management role that requires strategic thinking and business leadership skills, as well as a passion for technology and/or data.
, you will work with engineering and business leaders to drive our messaging and positioning and marketing strategy across our portfolio of data services to key communities to win against other cloud database alternatives. You will influence the product roadmap, help define new consumption models, and shape product strategy as customers evolve from traditional, to cloud-based environments. You will collaborate with other leaders in technical product management, product planning, engineering, segment marketing, and other product and marketing groups to achieve success. Most
important, you must be able to build and nurture a high-performance product marketing team to meet and exceed aggressive business goals.

understand cloud market dynamics, competitors, product levers and developer needs to help grow the data platform business. Develop
insights to deliver the right solutions and messaging to market.
a marketing strategy for driving awareness, adoption and usage of our portfolio of data services and lead the team to effectively orchestrate against this strategy.
new cloud capabilities and new cloud services to the market owning messaging and position, and related launch content to the field, development community, partners, press, and analysts.
disclosure strategy in partnership with product planning and communications/AR/PR
content framework against key cloud offerings and build content to support our marketing conversations and land compelling business value and scenarios.
customer adoption of data services, and partner with IT Pro
and developer marketing on strategies to drive market awareness and developer and ISV
with our field and partner readiness teams to ensure your strategy, roadmap, value proposition, positioning & messaging is effectively communicated to drive and accelerate our sales motions.
