The Microsoft Office Product Marketing Group (PMG) is looking for a marketing leader to drive the development and execution of Office 365 marketing strategy, campaigns and programs to scale the fastest growing business at Microsoft, winning share and driving revenue growth in the Enterprise. As leader of the Office Enterprise GTM campaigns team, you will provide the vision and set the direction for creating customer awareness and demand. You will also play an instrumental role in transforming our marketing to successfully execute in this always-on, mobile-first, cloud-first environment. . The position requires at least 5 years' experience in industry Marketing, including at least two years' in people management, first-class leadership, impact and influence skills, and an ability to thrive in a matrixed environment. It requires working closely with the segment marketing, technical product marketing and field marketing to develop and land global marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities include:

Lead a high impact team to deliver global marketing campaigns and programs to drive awareness, purchase intent and opportunity acceleration, defining clear measures of success and ROI.
Guide the development of digital marketing strategies to increase mindshare and engagement with decision makers.
Prioritize and oversee core sales and marketing content to communicate the value proposition and competitive positioning of our productivity-in-the cloud offerings in a compelling way.
Manage new product introductions, globally, to ensure field sales, marketing and partner readiness
Work closely with exec stakeholders, PR and other marketing leaders to drive thought leadership and to articulate an industry-leading Productivity vision within the context of One Microsoft.
Work closely with the central marketing, marketing leaders from other product groups, segment and industry marketing
