Our organization is looking for an experienced Director of Program Management with a passion for collaboration and a track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams in the development of innovative devices that help groups of people work better together.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Define and manage the Product development plan
- Guide the team to deliver in spec, on schedule, under budget, a safe, reliable, compliant, high-quality, secure product for mass production
- Foster collaboration of cross functional and cross-organizational product development team
- Manage a highly skilled team of Program Managers
- Applying best practices and formal processes of Program management and Engineering Excellence
- Organize, present, and document technical and program reviews/status to Senior Management
- Gain insight in to the customer and competitive landscape including current product offerings and business terms
- Domestic and international travel required

Qualifications
o BS/MS Electrical, Mechanical, Optical or Audio Engineering degree.
o Willingness to work across functional boundaries with diverse teams towards shared goals
o 10+ years program management experience developing hardware products in a fast paced environment
o Program management responsibility of significant delivered-to-market product development cycles in high technology products
o 5+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to motivate and cultivate a results-oriented development team
o Experience with team building, collaboration, and managing resources.
o Demonstrated leadership in resolving complex technical and business problems in a multi-disciplinary environment.
o Working knowledge of range of technologies such as USB, Video, Audio, Wi-Fi, Optics, and ASICs.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written and verbal communication to peers, team memberheas, and executives
