of Program Management
with a passion for collaboration and a track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams in the development of innovative devices that help groups of people work better together.

collaboration of cross functional and cross-organizational product development team

insight in to the customer and competitive landscape including current product offerings and business terms
and international travel required
o BS/MS Electrical
or Audio Engineering
to work across functional boundaries with diverse teams towards shared goals
o 10+ years program management experience developing hardware products in a fast paced environment
management responsibility of significant delivered-to-market product development cycles in high technology products
o 5+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to motivate and cultivate a results-oriented development team
with team building, collaboration, and managing resources.
leadership in resolving complex technical and business problems in a multi-disciplinary environment.
