of Business Management
reporting and supporting the GM of Productivity Sales
. We are looking for people with strong business management skills, to impact the operating infrastructure for an organization that is responsible for one of Microsoft's
key strategic sales organizations. Through
the management of our team, you will provide leadership and insights around operational issues, drive process efficiencies, and manage the rhythm of business (ROB
). You will work with a dynamic group of people who will rely on your expertise to help them execute with tight business timelines through sound practices and process efficiencies. You must be able to lead from the front and support others when it is their turn to lead key initiatives - this balance will be important to the success in the role.
for business and operations management including:
management, forecasting, and annual budget processes.
a team of individuals including talent acquisition, career development and coaching.
analysis to provide management with information and recommendations for use in setting and achieving business objectives.
with teams to develop the right business processes to execute and measure the business.
Support Vendor Management Program
that includes vendor metrics, KPI
reporting, scorecards, and formal business reviews.
In conjunction with the leadership team drive value proposition definition and quantitative measurements.
business risks and opportunities and work to create and implement action plans to effect change.
business expertise / negotiations for contracts needing to be executed.
as an effective liaison to key partner organizations including HR, Finance
, and LCA
and managing the Rhythm
for various stakeholders including QBU
of the Productivity Sales Team

The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 15 years' experience in Enterprise
software sales, enterprise consulting or an equivalent.
level communication skills and the ability to mentor others.
must possess exceptional demonstrated decision-making, conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation skills. Facilitating/encouraging
cross-team account and resource planning.
or strong knowledge of sales processes and behavior.
