The Microsoft Direct Business Sales Director
of Business Sales Operations
will be a leader seeking a high impact, high visibility sales operations position that will influence the future course of Microsoft's
direct sales channel as part of the retail stores team. To be successful in this key role, the candidate should possess a strong passion for process management, teaching, driving results and world class customer service. This role will also require a leader who has successfully collaborated with multiple organizations and has shown clear leadership when dealing with constant change. He/she
must be highly motivated, highly organized and a self-starter.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
