Dynamics Sales Director - NY Metro

Are you ready to join an exciting, high growth business and have the opportunity to lead a high performing sales team in one of Microsoft's most strategic businesses? The East Region Dynamics team is actively recruiting for a Dynamics CRM Sales Director, a very challenging and high impact senior field sales management role. The position report to the East Region Dynamics General Manager and is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals focused on the Dynamics CRM customer and partner communities in the New York Metro Area.

The Dynamics CRM Sales Director's primary focus is to deliver Leadership across the 5 Practice Areas below:

1. Enterprise Sales Leadership - By leveraging previous Enterprise-level business applications Sales Leadership experience, the Solution Specialist Manager effectively engages with current and prospective Customers as part of the Microsoft Sales team and both develops Customer executive relationships and coaches the team to advance sales cycles.
2. Business Leadership - The ideal candidate develops and executes segment and industry growth plans that deliver against the Microsoft Dynamics business strategy. This includes effectively investing resources to deliver results and influence hundreds of broad Microsoft sellers to lead with Dynamics in their customer conversations.
3. People Leadership - The Dynamics CRM Sales Director will build, inspire and lead great teams to deliver outstanding performances. This high growth environment requires excellence in hiring well, onboarding new hires quickly and retaining top talent.
4. Partner Business Leadership - The ideal candidate understands that one key lever for our success in Dynamics is how we lead and leverage Partners to win business and develop practices that enable our mutual businesses to scale and grow. The Dynamics CRM Sales Director is the ambassador for Dynamics in the NY Metro market and plays a critical role in building and sustaining strategic Partner executive relationships.
5. Sales Excellence - This senior sales leader will deliver consistent strong results across quarterly quota attainment, forecast accuracy, pipeline coverage and management. He/ she will also drive win/loss reviews, capture feedback for consistently improving our impact with customers and deliver strong coaching to the sales team on their top sales opportunities.

Qualifications include:
10+ years technology solution sales and marketing experience to include significant sales team/budget and partner channel management
Strong leadership skills and experience, business application sales experience is beneficial
CRM experience is beneficial
Good knowledge of Microsoft and competitive business application solution offerings and strategies
Practical experience using sales force automation tools
Outstanding oral and written communication, organizational, leadership, analytic, creative, and collaborative skills
A Bachelor's degree in Business or other relevant discipline
Ability to travel 30%

This position will be located in the NY Metro area.
