In this role, you will be front and center in the development of SMB segment specific O365 strategy, influencing new releases, launch strategies and providing feedback on SMB programs and compelling O365 customer offers that meet SMB Customer needs and drive SMB Revenue and Share. As the SMB segment O365 cloud leader, you will lead the development of SMB Cloud strategy, overall, and will be instrumental in assessing, prioritizing and driving Cloud sales blockers to resolution. In addition, you will be the lead on Cloud usage and deployment strategy and field execution guidance for SMB worldwide. In order to do this, you will need a deep understanding of O365 product plans, an ability to assess and prioritize field/partner feedback and excellent communications skills.
o Cloud Blockers: In this role, you will own the list of O365 Cloud sales blockers, ensuring the prioritized blockers are on OneList and working with MOD BG, Operations, MSIT and various stakeholders to drive to resolution.
o Scorecards/Targets: You will also be responsible for the "end to end" scorecard for O365 in SMB. This includes establishing the set of scorecard metrics and definitions for SMB and also working with field in target-setting, to some extent. If Correction of Errors (COE) are needed on any O365 SC metrics, then you will be on point for development of the correction strategy and communication of the same.
o O365 Usage and Deployment: You will represent SMB in the WW Usage Council and on various v-teams chartered with driving Cloud usage and deployment.

Key position requirements include:
o A highly motivated, results-driven strategic thinker, who has strong leadership, marketing and business fundamentals.
