segment O365 cloud leader, you will lead the development of SMB Cloud
strategy, overall, and will be instrumental in assessing, prioritizing and driving Cloud
sales blockers to resolution. In addition, you will be the lead on Cloud
usage and deployment strategy and field execution guidance for SMB

An ability to drive complex projects, deal with ambiguity and to be comfortable interacting with senior leaders and virtual teams both internally and externally is, therefore, essential in this role. Core Priorities
& Cloud Strategy
. As a strong partner to the Microsoft Office Division
) business group, you will need to influence the BG to incorporate field/partner feedback into the SMB
product experience. In addition, you will lead the SMB Cloud
strategy thinking for SMB
in partnership with SMB Channel Sales
and the other SMB Segment Product Managers

and various stakeholders to drive to resolution.
: You will also be responsible for the "end to end" scorecard for O365 in SMB
. This includes establishing the set of scorecard metrics and definitions for SMB
and also working with field in target-setting, to some extent. If Correction
) are needed on any O365 SC metrics, then you will be on point for development of the correction strategy and communication of the same.
o O365 Usage
: You will represent SMB
in the WW Usage Council
and on various v-teams chartered with driving Cloud
usage and deployment.
position requirements include:
o A highly motivated, results-driven strategic thinker, who has strong leadership, marketing and business fundamentals.
o An exceptional and proven ability to work cross-organizational teams on complex business issues.
o A solid grasp of the software industry and a good understanding of Microsoft's
position in the technology landscape.
o 15+ plus years of experience in business or partner management is desired, preferably in a SMB
understanding of the Cloud
software, preferably O365, and sales processes within subsidiaries worldwide.
o Volume Licensing
experience a definite plus.
