Become a part of history in establishing the new long-term growth plan for Microsoft's flagship products. This position is responsible for driving new business development for monetizing Android sockets. This role will be responsible for identifying the growth path for securing sockets on the Android platform and monetizing for Microsoft. This role looks across all services and PSM opportunities in the android ecosystem. The role will partner with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and finance teams to drive to clear opportunities.

With over 1B mobile computing sockets shipped each year, Android is the largest mobile ecosystem. Penetrating this ecosystem with our services: Office, One Drive, One Note, Skype and Outlook - is a critical initiative for the company and for OEM division.

This role reports to the Director of Product Management and has substantial visibility to the VP of OEM Marketing, MNA Account GMs and CVP of OEM. We seek a determined, analytical, creative, and experienced business leader to join us in developing a robust growth plan.

More specifically, this individual will be responsible for:
- Long-range planning on Android OEM services distribution, activation and monetization.
- Developing and refining our approach to the Android OEM ecosystem.
- Leading engagements with Android OEM to secure distribution and activation agreements for Microsoft services.
- The successful candidate will have a strong background in online and cloud services, be an excellent problem solver, be able to provide structure to undefined business problems, and have strong cross-group collaboration and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
- In addition to a strong background in services, candidates must have strong finance/analytical skills, demonstrate a track record of clear strategic thinking, problem solving, data-driven decisions, excellent business analytics, and the ability to inspire confidence in senior leaders.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in business development, business planning, strategy consulting, technology banking, or product management is required. MBA preferred.
