ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MicrosoftStore.com is looking for Digital BI Marketing Manager who is passionate about e-commerce to help build out a world-class e-commerce BI platform, consumer experiences, marketing capabilities and partner integrations. To enable consistent direct-to-consumer customer commerce across all Microsoft products and services, Microsoft is investing in a comprehensive online transaction platform across digital distribution, customer service, production and merchandising tools, and supply chain. You will drive measurement and competitive benchmarking across our end to end business globally - from business metrics (Marketing, AdCenter, and Pricing) across 228 geographies and our deep product assortment. In addition, you will be responsible for many business operations functionalities such as Dimension automation and business logic on existing data sets. This work is critical to ensure we are using relevant business mappings to drive positive revenue impact.

By helping drive a focused initiative to help consumers research, buy and get support for the products they purchase from Microsoft, you are bringing a "One Microsoft" commerce strategy to life.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Define and drive MS Store Online Marketing Business Intelligence Roadmap.
Manage on time delivery of BI roadmap and reporting milestones.
Drive quick resolution to outstanding Marketing operations and system auditing - coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Quick response around investigation of additional data sources that are relevant to MS Store E-Commerce such as Inventory, apps and Product information.
Be a passionate advocate for a great end-to-end customer experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Successful track record working cross-team and developing business intelligence solutions that can be made available to a curated set of stakeholders
Experience in Worldwide Product Metadata and for use in BI Data streams both incoming and outgoing data feeds.
Experience organizing and structuring data with a logical user interface and presentation that allows people to quickly consume key performance indicators, but also quickly go deeper and cross-tab in core performance drivers.
Strong intellectual curiosity and drive to uncover new insights, depth of reporting and business intelligence.
Ability to clearly structure and execute resolution of Marketing BI requests and affiliate network automation.
Experience in Microsoft e-commerce and MS Sales is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communications and communicating to executive stakeholders across multiple data sources.
Creative thinking and ability to drive results in a cross team collaborative environment.
