Our team is responsible for partnering with 3rd party companies to enable exciting experiences for the Xbox. You will work directly with 3rd party companies around the world working on a broad range of consumer devices and technologies.

This role is responsible for working with the QA Test Manager in implementing test cases and reports, driving submitted bugs to resolution, and ensuring all products complete scheduled testing


Job Description:
Perform validation testing of accessories and peripherals for the Designed for Xbox licensing program.
Will manage inbound products including shipment tracking and test scheduling.
Assisting in the development of test cases and process.
Document test results and provide results to PM team and partners
Review exceptions and propose waivers to the QA Test Manager
Responsible for lab activities including
Inventory management
Product sample organizing
Test rig setup and maintenance
Assist in and drive team special projects as requested


Required Skills:
Proficient in Running USB devices through the WHQL test suite
Proficient in testing accessories in the "Root 2" USB Chapter 9 test suite
Proficient in subjective testing of game console audio accessories including headphones, microphones and audio adapters
Proficient in electrical testing including inrush current testing of Xbox One gamepad expansion port devices
Proficient in playing Xbox One games across multiple genres
Familiar with and comfortable using Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office products.
Able to follow defined test cases and process.
Solid written and verbal communication skills, communication with worldwide partners, and internal product groups
Problem solving and technical proficiency across multiple platforms, including PC, Game Console, and other entertainment devices.
Project management, working with internal and external teams, scheduling resources, and prioritizing tasks
