This role owns a part of a business that helps deliver the highest contribution margin and is leading compete efforts for the entire company. You will work with a high performing team who are thought leaders, creative and hungry to drive sales and be on the edge of compete while fulfilling the company's vision.

The US OEM HP team is looking for a seasoned sales person with strong Channel experience & business development skills to own and drive the Commercial Channel relationships with the leading OEM in the US.

This role is responsible for managing the relationships among WW OEM, US Distribution, the US HP Team, and Channel Partners to drive Windows, Office, and Server revenue as well as Windows Platform share with HP.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

1. Engage and ready the sales team within HP, and Channel Partners for new products and changes to current products.
2. Develop and execute Channel promotions to drive HP devices across the Channel.
3. Develop and execute Channel promotions to drive Office attach to HP devices in the Channel.
4. Foster a relationship with HP sales executives to advance the joint channel strategy in the market.
5. Collaborate among the US OEM MNA and Local field sales teams, US OEM Marketing, US SMSP, and WWOEM.
6. Uncover new opportunities with HP and the Channel.

Desired Qualifications:
o A bachelor's or 4-year equivalent degree.
o Four to five years of relevant sales experience in Channel sales, preferably IT Distribution.
o Ability to learn, understand, and demonstrate key Microsoft products and technologies
o Requires an individual with broad skill-set encompassing excellent sales & relationship management capabilities. Must be able to work at VP levels and below.
o Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills; strong negotiation skills, self-motivated and directed, requiring minimal supervision to get the job done.
o Proven ability to collaborate well with cross functional groups and virtual teams, and to effectively collaborate with others to achieve specific objectives.
o Other competencies include: Drive for Results, Problem Solving, Planning, Organizing and Coordinating, Decision Making, Creativity, Communication Skills, Negotiation and Conflict Management, Customer Focus, Representing Microsoft and Cross Group Collaboration.
o This position requires travel.
