Purpose: Overall accountable for assigned OC account end to end channel relationship, working with the different offering team to drive revenue and market share growth Key Responsibilities: o Develop and promote relationship between Microsoft and the Mobile Operator Partners by defining high level objectives and specific implementation milestones, and developing and executing account plans to achieve them. Drive sales and marketing processes with the Partner, resulting in growth in the Partner's purchases of Microsoft products, technologies and/or commercial services and their partnership satisfaction. o Ensure compliance with the customer's license provisions, protection of Microsoft competitive and material assets, and provide regular reporting to management. o Lead virtual internal team across all facets of the business (different groups/divisions) o Lead business development activities with the partner as appropriate o Work for the Global Account Client Director - supporting them with reporting and as customer advocate Role Accountabilities: -Account Plan oRevenue of account oScorecard and KPIs in account oAccount Attach oGo-Dos & Commitments oNew partner insights and Accuracy to forecast oPartner program adoption oAccount Category Share oAccount Share of Shelf oAll up account relationship

Manage & Monitor:
oAnalyze account performance
oMonitor account scorecard
oInitiate correction of errors (COE)
oAnalyze data to drive new value to the account

Experiences Required: key experiences, skills and knowledge:
o 7-10 years of experience successfully selling and marketing technical products and services to and through service providers, preferably focused on engaging with cloud and hosting providers.
o Experience in indirect sales and partner channel management is essential.
o Experience with developing and executing across all aspects of a partner-led business, including product development and launch as well as building channel programs, plus an ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
o Experience closing complex sales and driving contract signature process with minimal management involvement highly desirable.
o Deep and broad knowledge of cloud markets (primarily IaaS and PaaS) and hosting segments also highly desirable.
o Education:
o Four Year college degree required - MBA preferred
