The Windows Store

candidates will possess a proven ability to build and forge developer relationships, analyze trends to discover new business opportunities, and aggressively expand the business. Candidates
will need to be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. They will possesses superb business judgment, strong analytical acumen, and a demonstrated ability to use creative thinking to solve complex problems. Candidates
are expected to understand the devices, platform, and store experience. A passion for games and the mobile space is a must!
job responsibilities include:
the top and bottom line improvements to the P&L through vendor relationship management & deal negotiations
selection growth targets for the Windows Games Store
with the developer community to increase best practices adoption, insuring the best customer experience is delivered
and lead strategy for key developer negotiations
presentations to senior management, internal stakeholder teams, and external partners to expose new key learnings and recommendations
functional collaboration on necessary systems and processes to support business needs and deliver efficiency improvements
on ad-hoc projects as needed to meet the changing business environment
As a qualified candidate you will need to demonstrate:
appreciation and passion for the power and possibilities of mobile gaming, and a strong desire to create consumer delight through the expansion and delivery of great content
and passionate understanding of apps and software content and industry for consumers and business organizations
track record of negotiations, achieving ambitious targets, successful relationship management, analytical skills, and project management experience
of using data to build business cases and develop strategies
, solutions-oriented, and tenacity
in problem-solving and managing multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
interpersonal skills and work habits allowing you to deliver results
to work in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines under pressure

The following are required for consideration:
This individual should have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in digital distribution or ecommerce operations and/or business management/consulting with an emphasis on mobile and gaming and a proven history of delivering results. Outstanding
written and verbal communication skills in English
