Windows is on the threshold of its next step forward with Windows 10. A big part of this next step is innovation in helping Windows customers discover and experience apps, games and content created by developers and publishers through the Windows Store. We've started that journey, are growing, and looking for passionate professionals who want to create, market and run this new experience with us.

We are looking to hire a talented Campaign Creative Producer to drive end-to-end asset creation operations - guiding all creative and content planning for campaign onboarding. As the Campaign Creative Producer, you are responsible for production mgmt., quality control and serve as subject matter expert on all content types and tooling for the Campaign Services team.

Your track record should include experience producing, managing, executing and reporting of digital media. You must have knowledge of design, copy writing, passion and skill to apply editorial judgment and an understanding of consumer needs to delight customers and exceed their expectations.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Team leadership for campaign asset creation process and management, ensuring successful completion and delivery against tight timelines.
Work closely with cross functional teams and external partners to ensure all asset requirements are managed in a timely manner.
Drive and execute content localization to support global campaigns and Storefronts, seamlessly managing daily issues and weekly deliverables with Localization vendors.
Define reporting requirements and track program performance against success metrics for Executive reports, presentations and scorecards.
Lead the development of new processes and guidelines for editorial asset creation, usage, storage and distribution.
Understand business requirements and document these into best practices and identify ways to refine and scale operational processes.
Proficiency with data analysis and collaboration tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and web-based tool sets.
Creative problem solving to quickly adapt plans in a changing environment

Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in program management/digital imaging and multimedia
Background in design/copy writing/product marketing/mobile operations
Working knowledge of digital imaging software and tools
Self-motivated and results driven
Strong strategic leadership and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with proven interpersonal skills.
