Campaign Asset Manager

Windows is on the threshold of its next step forward with Windows 10. A big part of this next step is innovation in helping Windows customers discover and experience apps, games and content created by developers and publishers through the Windows Store. We've started that journey, are growing, and looking for passionate professionals who want to create, market and run this new experience with us.

We are looking to hire a talented and creative Campaign Asset Manager to drive end-to-end asset management operations - partner outreach, marketing approvals and archiving for campaign onboarding. As Campaign Asset Manager, you are responsible for operational workflow and processes and serve as subject matter expert on marketing approvals and content mgmt. tooling for the Campaign Services team.

Your track record should include experience in marketing content management, program management, execution and reporting. You must have knowledge of brand management, passion and skill to apply editorial judgment and an understanding of consumer needs to delight customers and exceed their expectations.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Team leadership for campaign approvals and marketing asset management process, ensuring successful completion and delivery against tight timelines.
Work closely with cross functional, global and local teams, external partners and marketing through the content management tool to ensure submissions are processed in a timely manner.
Work as part of a team to define and manage standards and guidelines for partner marketing asset usage, approvals, storage and hosting/distribution.
Define and execute external partner requests, approval and feedback to ensure authenticity of finalized assets are ready for live publication.
Develop reporting requirements and track program performance against success metrics for Executive reports, presentations and scorecards.
Understand business requirements and document these into best practices and identify ways to refine and scale the operational processes.
Ensure overall program management to anticipate risks; assess, mitigate, and manage them accordingly.
Proficiency with data analysis and collaboration tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and web-based tool sets.

Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing/brand identity
Background in design/advertising/online/mobile operations
Self-motivated and results driven
Strong strategic leadership and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with proven interpersonal skills.
