As an Investment Manager for WW OEM Marketing, you will be responsible for helping drive strategic investments with Microsoft's largest OEM partners to win share in the fastest growing device categories. This role will also be responsible for helping develop overall investment strategy, critically analyzing new investment opportunities, monitoring deal performance, supporting deal execution and helping OEM executive management shape future deals.

We seek a determined, analytical, creative, and experienced business leader to join us in developing the strategic investment strategy as we continue to grow the company's capability to sell devices and services.

More specifically, this individual will be responsible for:

- Co-developing and executing a cohesive strategy for marketing investments
- Define Investment goals for current and future fiscal years
- Define target allocations, risk-reward profile, etc.
- Partner with Account teams, leadership, and finance
- Partner across functions including account sales/marketing, portfolio planning, legal, operations, and finance to build to validate, test, and position potential investments
- Develop and manage investment performance discipline, including metrics, monitoring, and reporting
- Support Leadership decision making with best-in-class analytics and cohesive investment rational.

The successful candidate will be a strong problem solver, be able to structure complex business problems, drive analytical insight, communicate results to senior stakeholders, and lead cross-group execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

- In addition to a strong finance/analytical foundation, candidates need to demonstrate a track record of clear strategic thinking, problem solving, data-driven decisions, excellent business analytics, and the ability to inspire confidence in senior leaders and motivate members across a virtual team.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in business planning, strategy consulting, product marketing and management, or relevant experience is required. Previous experience in Investment Management, Banking, Business Management, Finance, or Marketing is ideal. MBA preferred.

Reporting of core portfolio views, driving core sales enablement programs, connecting our tools with other company assets. Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
Define and manage program scope, roadmap, business and technical requirements, and implementation plan end-to-end for our core infrastructure and device selling programs globally (e.g. Device Dashboard, Featured Devices) -- connecting design in, sell in, sell through
Develop strategy for improving technical operations
Lead program management of the Featured Devices program for the OEM Division including program management across the v-team, partner and field communications cascades, and simplifying current processes to be more efficient and effective
Be responsible for ensuring OEM partner, account team and internal stakeholder requirements are reflected in programs and tools
Be an internal device portfolio expert, driving sales enablement insight and tools out to CCG, EPG, breadth channels
Drive alignment with the industry cadence and other Microsoft teams (e.g. CRISP with CCG)
Be an active participant in long-term program and tool planning
Demonstrate excellent communication, organization and prioritization skills.

Experience, Education, Skill and Behaviour Requirements:
Essential:
- Undergraduate degree in business, postgraduate degree preferred
- Strong industry experience in the OEM and/or PC/tablet/phone device space
- Comfortable with multiple projects at once, able to prioritize and manage through ambiguity and achieve strong business results
- Business operations, process management and/or program management experience - process efficiency, schedule management, cross-group collaboration and influence, communication skills, experience managing a large v-team

- Postgraduate degree in business/marketing
- Direct experience on the Windows business either at Microsoft or in the industry

The Windows Field Team within Windows Marketing is looking for a strong candidate to drive communications, business processes, and support of SMSG key milestones such as WWQBU, MYR, PRISM, WWSMM, and MGX.

The Windows Field Team mission is to lead Windows Field marketers to deliver on Windows and Surface business strategy, priorities, and accountabilities. We are looking for a Business Program Manager who has a passion for playing a role in SMSG critical planning events that will drive our Windows business forward. Job Responsibilities include:
o Manage content coordination and preparation for WWQBU in alignment with QBU agenda.
o Responsible for MYR Connection meeting and attendee framework, Windows Marketing leadership attendance in corp/segment reviews, and executive briefing content development with key stakeholders. In addition, manage and coordinate across stakeholders the Windows Marketing WWMYR pre-read slide development that captures the key themes, insights, next FY priorities and draft scorecard.
o Lead PRISM content groundwork and strategy with stakeholders on Pre-Read, keynote, track session, and field connection meetings.
o Plan and manage the WWSMM full memo and At-A-Glance (AAG) content strategy with stakeholders.
o Drive and manage MGX in alignment with Marketing & Operations (M&O), including track framework, track content oversight & alignment, allocations, communications plan, leadership updates, v-team coordination, and overall execution.
