Usability Test Engineer

Are you passionate about supporting world-class service applications that affects the lives of Microsoft consumers and business partners? The ECOUAT team is looking for talented, highly motivated, and technically strong engineers to provide complete end-to-end testing of Microsoft tools and services for our consumer and commercial businesses.
The right person will be working with Tier 1 support teams, Service Delivery and Line of Business Owners.

Responsibilities would include:

- Act as Test Lead for 2-3 Lines of Business in the ECO Portfolio
- Work with business partners to identify upcoming testing needs, scheduling and effort required
- Build test cases and scenarios in TFS
- Organize UAT sessions via Office Calendar using Lync or in-person meetings
- Lead bug triage, drive bug ownership and re-test bugs
- Daily engagement with business partners on testing readiness and current status
- Help maintain a team SharePoint site with Operational process, current UAT and bug status
- Create and deliver regular reporting on overall UAT / bug status, blocking issues and help needed
- Document testing processes and training material

Position Requirements:

This position requires a candidate that is detail oriented with a good balance of passion for technology, solid problem solving skills, eagerness to accept ownership and accountability with a focus on results.

Expected areas of expertise include:

- BS or BA degree or equivalent experience, preferably in computer science or technology
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Windows operating systems and solid troubleshooting/problem solving skills required.
- 2+ years website/web application based testing (non-games/hardware)
- Demonstrated excellent analytical, problem resolution and decision-making skills.
- Superior judgment, team building, budgeting, presentation skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure required.
- Requires specialized knowledge in multiple business processes.

The ECO Vendor Infrastructure Services (VIS) position will support outsource supplier IT solutions and deliver tools, telecom and infrastructure requirements at CSS outsource supplier locations throughout North America, Latin America and globally. This position interfaces with multiple internal and external organizations and drives accountability for activities in organizations outside of your reporting organization.

This position provides management of project implementations, site ramp ups and decommissions, issue management and operational activities between internal CSS Service Delivery Management, GPG Account Management, Services IT, ECO Operations and development and third-party supplier IT groups. In addition, this position is responsible for coordinating implementation and management of supplier infrastructure to support CSS outsourcing business requirements. The position requires travel both domestically and internationally.

o Program Management - manage outsource infrastructure projects such as new site ramps, product launches and migrations, infrastructure initiatives and tool implementations and upgrades

o Assist in value added business analysis and initiatives

Requirements/Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Computer Science, IT Management or Mathematics preferred
o 3 to 5 years of work experience in Project/Program Management delivering infrastructure requirements
o Strong background/experience in networking and/or telecom
o Operating System and Network security required; CISA, CISSP, CCENT, and/or CCNA certification preferred
o Contact center/call center knowledge and experience required
o Strong analytical, relationship and communications skills are required
o Candidate needs to be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and must be flexible in a dynamic business environment

The role of compliance program manager within ECO requires an individual with substantial security compliance strong communication skills, and project management background who can manage and enable the success of projects across multiple disciplines. The Business Ops and Program Manager (BPM) in the LeX ECO-IT (Engineering, Community & Online) organization will champion the adoption, maturation and expansion of a suite of products and services across all consumer products and services worldwide.

The successful candidate is expected to work with multiple stakeholder groups (e.g. internal Business Groups, IT, PGs, BPGs, BI) to ensure the capabilities are well understood, expanded for impact, on-boarding process is maximized and stakeholders increase their dependencies on new services.

These actions will serve to drive enabling new learning experience resulting in increased Product or Service Usage and Subscription Renewals - ultimately, driving up Customer Loyalty and Revenue for Microsoft. As BPM this role requires Business Architecture skill set to actively seek and create opportunities for synergies across customer, partner, and internal groups to drive long-term solutions and shared roadmaps.

This role also requires one to set the direction or approach for the delivery of a product, service, process, or technology across teams, within an area or organizational group, by using established project, program, and process management methodologies to achieve clear and measureable outcomes for the business. 3) Once priorities have been set, facilitate the development of complete business solutions. Deliverables include:

4) Analyze and document requirements and use appropriate techniques to refine, decompose, review, and validate requirements. Ensure requirements are traceable, well communicated and aligned to the overall business or solutions vision.

The ECO Vendor Infrastructure Services (VIS) position will support outsource supplier IT solutions and deliver tools, telecom and infrastructure requirements at CSS outsource supplier locations throughout North America, Latin America and globally. This position interfaces with multiple internal and external organizations and drives accountability for activities in organizations outside of your reporting organization. This position provides management of project implementations, site ramp ups and decommissions, issue management and operational activities between internal CSS Service Delivery Management, GPG Account Management, Services IT, ECO Operations and development and third-party supplier IT groups. In addition, this position is responsible for coordinating implementation and management of supplier infrastructure to support CSS outsourcing business requirements. The position requires travel both domestically and internationally.

Requirements/Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Computer Science, IT Management or Mathematics preferred
o 3 to 5 years of work experience in Project/Program Management delivering infrastructure requirements
o Strong background/experience in networking and/or telecom
o Operating System and Network security required; CISA, CISSP, CCENT, and/or CCNA certification preferred
o Contact center/call center knowledge and experience required
o Strong analytical, relationship and communications skills are required

We are looking for a passionate, detailed and customer focused individual with strong analytical skills who will be accountable for delivering business analysis for our Channels organization. The BI/Reporting PM will specifically own the following activities:

- Provide innovative solutions to feed into our Channels BI reporting needs with an emphasis on delivering improved upon methods of data presentation; Report development will consist of requirements gathering, report design, and deployment
- Develop reports for Channels BI decision makers and manage reoccurring reporting requests (i.e. Channels BI monthly executive scorecard) and be willing and able to deliver on short turn-around ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Work with Channels Team PM's to coordinate escalation of unexpected reporting issues by escalating through appropriate channels
- Support Channels business changes by acting as reporting SME for tool launches, product launches, program releases, as well as reporting system changes
- Display mastery of core technologies such as T-SQL, Excel pivot tables, and SQL Reporting Services.
- Possess strong project management, organizational and time management skills. This will require the ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple tasks in various stages of completion and collaborate across departments to achieve results. Appropriate prioritization and effective communication of timelines and project progress is also essential.
- Ensure proper documentation to new or existing reporting processes

Qualifications:
3-5 years of related experience, including experience in the Tele communications, IVR and Customer Service environment. Experienced with SQL querying, understanding of database structures, Excel pivot tables, SQL Reporting Services and report design. Familiarity with Microsoft reporting technologies preferred. High attention to detail, action oriented, ability to work within stringent timelines and to collaborate across departments to achieve results. Strategic thinking and analytical skills required, in addition to strong written, oral, and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree required. Most importantly, an absolute passion for analysis and supporting a key customer oriented business environment.
