As a Business Planner with the Xbox International Marketing Team, you'll drive market leadership for Xbox in key markets and help define the go-to-market strategy for the Xbox business. You will work closely with leaders in engineering and business functions (marketing, field, finance, strategy) to optimize strategic go-to-market decisions & investments for Xbox. You'll become a trusted partner to key stakeholders in different parts of the Xbox business on variety of critical questions, including strategic prioritization of markets and GTM initiatives, as well as identifying and leading growth initiatives from strategy through execution. You'll also evolve the go-to-market model for Xbox to address key trends and opportunities in gaming and entertainment. In short, you'll balance strategy and execution to help Xbox drive disproportionate strategic & financial value to One Microsoft. The team provides an ideal opportunity to build general management acumen, develop end-to-end business leadership skills and drive a significant impact on a marquee consumer product in a fast-changing category. Responsibilities:
o Analyze, understand, and structure complex business problems
o Build effective relationships with colleagues from engineering and business organizations
o Develop & land market prioritization with key stakeholders to directly impact R&D investments, financial forecasts and GTM strategies
Support the identification, framing & implementation of worldwide growth opportunities for Xbox with partner teams
Support cross-org execution of key strategic GTM initiatives

Job Requirements:
o Ability to formulate insights around complex business problems with limited supervision
o Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities (e.g., Excel modeling, issue prioritization)
o Exceptional oral and written communication skills
o Passion for consumer technology & execution
o Commitment to excellence and sense of humor
o BA/BS with strong academic background
o 1-3 years experience with a top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking or private equity firm, Fortune 500 corporate strategy group or world class marketing or finance team
