The Worldwide Licensing Solutions Team is seeking to fill a dedicated Business Manager role reporting to the VP of the organization.

Responsibilities include:
Defining and Communicating Core Priorities and Critical Indicators of Success
Leading, managing and publishing of monthly Rhythm of Business for various stakeholders:
o Directs
o Managers
o WW Licensing Community
o Monthly Business Review
Management of key Business Desk initiatives including the following:
o Gathering and publishing monthly tracker
o Ensuring project status meetings are taking place
o Oversight and attainment of project goals
Headcount Management
Budget Management
o Operational Spend
o Charter Spend
o Adherence to Expense and Travel Policy
Mid-Year Review Slide creation and ownership of supplemental information
Ownership of Leadership Summits
Ownership of Management Summits
Development of leadership keynotes for Regional Summits
Development of leadership keynotes for Worldwide Licensing Summit
Stakeholder in the Regional Commentary tool contributing monthly
Business Planning including tracking and reporting of key events and meetings

The successful candidate will have
Strong problem structuring and problem solving skills
Very strong communication skills, in particular to senior executives
Proven ability to work across organizations to get engagement, build consensus, and drive resolution to challenging problems
Enthusiasm and energy for big challenges
Solid knowledge and experience with Microsoft or competitor licensing programs
Experience or strong knowledge of sales processes and behavior
Strong analytical skills
Background in driving virtual teams and resolving conflicting plans
Good project management skills

Preferences / Requirements
Several years of Microsoft employment
Knowledge of Microsoft's sales data, systems, and tools
10+ years work experience, preferably within consulting and product/business management roles

Level 63.
