As leader of the Xbox Subscriptions Business Management
team, you will be responsible for creating and driving plans to grow the Gold
subscriptions business. You will partner closely with engineering and other teams in marketing to do so. You will be responsible for managing the rhythm of the business, and driving plans and business insights. In this role you will proactively identify and develop action plans for issues that impact our business goals, drive cross team actions and influence strategy decisions. You will develop capabilities around data and insights to enable higher fidelity of decision making and drive close partnerships with marketing, business analytics, finance and engineering teams.

This role requires strong business acumen and analytical skills with an instinct for and appreciation of the importance of customer experience and subscription business dynamics.
o 7+ years of business management or strategic planning experience required
in software & services delivery models preferred
ability to develop and manage high-performing quantitative and analytical teams
of statistical and numerical analysis preferred
strategic thinking, analytical skills and problem identification / resolution skills
strategic planning and financial analysis experience and aptitude
communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to effectively lead v-teams and to articulate complex topics at varying levels of detail
leading subscriptions businesses strongly preferred
