ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the Microsoft Retail Stores
- Product Strategy
team you will be responsible to help us achieve our sales and revenue goals through establishing and executing on a business development and co-marketing framework for partners.
You will fulfill a vital role founding the co-marketing and business development practices and owning the pipeline of sponsorship opportunities across Microsoft Retail Stores
. This includes refining the offerings, process development and competitive analysis, establishing the product placement framework and working cross-functionally to enable greater margin in the business.
You are a confident individual and leader who has a deep understanding of co-marketing and partnering with brands. You work well influencing across teams and are decisive. You have the ability to react quickly and strategically to change, and love a challenge.
By building strong internal cross-team partnerships you will represent Microsoft Stores
in external partner engagements to align co-marketing efforts and product placements. Success
in the role includes:
strategic leadership on how Microsoft Stores
defines co-marketing and sponsorship relationships. This will require proven experience in co-marketing partnerships as well as strong cross teaming skills to work across all the areas of the retail stores organization (marketing, online, merchandising, experiences, etc.).

you will have 10+ years of work experience, with 7+ years of business development, co-marketing or partnership experience. BA/BS
required. You have a high degree of motivation and work well both as an individual and within a team environment. You must have superior communication skills both in person and through email and proposal documents. Ability
to travel 10-15%, domestic and international.
