partners, other Technical Specialists
and Microsoft Consultants
as needed. Candidates
must be passionate about the benefits of technology generally and especially the value that Microsoft
product lines is required and experience with solution selling methodology is desired.
should have a strong technical background with 10+ years pre-sales and/or technology experience. Former
IT management experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the advantages of Microsoft
technology to senior business and technical decision makers as well as front-line technologists.
or MS degree in Computer Science
or related technical discipline is preferred. MCSE
or equivalent professional certification is preferred. The candidates' expertise should include broad and/or in-depth knowledge in the following Microsoft
products and technologies: Windows Server
, Active Directory
, Internet Information Server
, Office System
, SQL Server
, and Visual Studio
This position is based in the Rochester
, NY office. Minimal
overnight travel will be required, with the majority of travel being regional and by car.
