The Microsoft South Central Services Sales team is looking for a Services Executive who has a proven sales and business management skills background as well as a tenacious appetite for finding new business, and learning new cutting edge solutions. The SE will have 4- 10 accounts in the South Central geography, most of which are in Oklahoma and Arkansas area. The candidate should demonstrate an expert level of proficiency in conflict and negotiation management, new account penetration, value selling and leveraging executive relationships. The candidate needs to have broad experience in a variety of applicable technologies with a strong services and solution sales background. This individual must be able to understand and articulate Microsoft strategy and vision as well as our core solution offerings to a wide variety of customers. Most importantly, the candidate must have a proven track record showing superior growth results and examples of how they developed their business.

Other primary job responsibilities include:
o Relationship Management: Broadening and deepening relationships and understanding the customer, the industry, and the competition.
o Execute account strategy & planning, target account profiling and development resulting in: services growth plans; lead and opportunity identification; coordinated and integrated Enterprise and Partner Group (EPG) account plans.
o Opportunity Management: Team leadership and resource orchestration, managing opportunities through all sales stages in the sales process: prospect, qualify, solution, proof, & close. Own the sales cycle for services opportunities end-to-end and involve delivery management proactively in complex deals. Experience having directly crafting large complex deals is a must.
o Business Management: Sales strategy and account planning, financial results planning, pipeline management, integration with Service Line marketing.
o Customer: Achieve growth and retain customer satisfaction and experiences attaining "top box" deals.
o Integration: Working across various Microsoft business groups or disciplines to employ the resource to effectively grow the business.
o Consulting Delivery Management experience: Staying connected with the customer during delivery stages of key engagements is must.
Additional Training and Education:
o The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years or more working experience in consulting/professional services sales, business development or solution selling background of turnkey solutions, combined with a minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
o Must have completed some form of formal Solution Selling Methodology training (i.e. Miller Heiman, The Executive Conversation, Dale Carnegie, SPI, etc...)
