The Microsoft South Central Services Sales
team is looking for a Services Executive
who has a proven sales and business management skills background as well as a tenacious appetite for finding new business, and learning new cutting edge solutions. The SE will have 4- 10 accounts in the South Central
geography, most of which are in Oklahoma
area. The candidate should demonstrate an expert level of proficiency in conflict and negotiation management, new account penetration, value selling and leveraging executive relationships. The candidate needs to have broad experience in a variety of applicable technologies with a strong services and solution sales background. This individual must be able to understand and articulate Microsoft
strategy and vision as well as our core solution offerings to a wide variety of customers. Most
importantly, the candidate must have a proven track record showing superior growth results and examples of how they developed their business.

o Relationship Management
and deepening relationships and understanding the customer, the industry, and the competition.

the sales cycle for services opportunities end-to-end and involve delivery management proactively in complex deals. Experience
having directly crafting large complex deals is a must.
o Business Management
strategy and account planning, financial results planning, pipeline management, integration with Service Line
growth and retain customer satisfaction and experiences attaining "top box" deals.
