Account Executive EMERGING
The Account Executive
is responsible for building and managing marketing decision-maker (e.g., Chief Marketing Officer
) relationships and selling online advertising to assigned accounts within our top customer segment.

works hand-in-hand with the Account Executive
in markets where applicable to align selling efforts through and with the agency to the advertiser. Account
and agency plans are closely aligned to ensure key opportunities are identified and managed throughout the fiscal year.
The Account Executive
works with MSA's
top customers who almost invariably employ the services of an agency to plan and spend their marketing budgets. Therefore the role is much more focused on the longer term sell, driving insights with the customer that align with the budget planning and assignment process with the agency. Sales
prospects must be tracked from inception at the account planning stage right through to execution by the agency to ensure the best possible customer experience.
There will also be opportunities to leverage these top account relationships with Microsoft
to drive partnerships across a wide range of digital advertising solutions, beyond advertising and this role is uniquely placed to drive those.
business within existing accounts by proposing new solutions to increase account activity and order values
customers proactively to identify and qualify new sales opportunities and drive incremental revenue
to identify new customers for Microsoft Advertising
and take a lead role in developing account revenues and relationships
introduce new people, products, solutions and services into accounts to represent full Microsoft Advertising
and partner capability
Leverage Microsoft Advertising
marketing programmes to strengthen prospect / customer relationships and generate new sales opportunities
relationships at a senior levels with clients to position MSA
and generate new sales opportunities
close relationships with colleagues across the region and regularly communicate information on sales campaigns and opportunities
the development of strong commercial and personal relationships between the customer and Microsoft Advertising
management and reporting (coverage, velocity and win-rate
Create Account Plans
, identifying key areas of opportunity for new and existing business
face-to face meetings with clients to improve business understanding and develop relationships within the account
responsibility for the management and development of assigned accounts developing joint plans with the customer to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
a network of key contacts and relationships within accounts to secure customer loyalty and gain early insights into potential business opportunities for Microsoft Advertising
