Program Managers on Office security team conceptualize, design, spec and build product features that light up trustworthy experiences provide data protection and mitigate attack exploitation in order to provide a safer user experience for millions of users world-wide. Responsibilities Include Spec, design and build features to help our customers protect them and their data Work across multiple teams at Microsoft to coordinate, prioritize, and integrate our security technology Work with our customers to ensure we are building useful security products Eagerness and ability to learn new skills and operate in an agile environment Excellent cross group and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the business need for security
Qualifications / Capabilities: Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective internal and external relationships Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills with ability to consolidate and integrate a wide range of inputs Experience working with customers and field sales teams Technical curiosity and aptitude to quickly master service capabilities, technical issues, business trends, and customer needs 2+ years of experience in Program Management of software engineering Good technical skills as well as strong communication and collaboration skills
