You partner effectively with your design and research team members as well as program management and software engineering to create end-to-end experiences from concept to ship. Lead the design of excellent user experiences for customers. Partner with User Research to generate and communicate actionable insights to help the organization create and inform business and product strategies. Communicate, defend, and build consensus around experience architecture and interaction design direction. Create/oversee the creation of scenarios, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes and other artifacts required to develop and evolve user experience designs for a variety of form factors. Have/apply deep understanding of fundamental visual design disciplines
Qualified candidates should have 10+ years of experience including information architecture, interaction design, visual and motion design and familiarity with a wide range of user research methods. 5+ years of experience in management roles. Expertise creating interaction and visual design documents including user scenarios, task flows, conceptual models, annotated wireframes, mood boards, storyboards, creative briefs, motion studies, visual style guidelines competitor analysis, and heuristic analysis. Have command of the latest tools of your trade – You must have expertise in the Adobe Suite,
