As a leader in this group, you would help us build software for the developer community and light up Xbox Live experiences for a whole new population of gamers. This team builds a gaming SDK and associated experiences that run across all platforms that Xbox Live reaches. Experience with native, cross-platform development is important and the breadth of our reach represents an opportunity to work across many technology stacks. Success in this area requires phenomenal communication and teamwork as new features

• Passion for gaming or gaming related technologies and experiences • Experience constructing high quality infrastructure and user experiences that interact with modern services • History of working across teams and divisions • Thrive in an environment where your work changes rapidly in response to customer feedback and data • A strong performance history
• Experience leading engineering teams • Excellent design and coding skills in C++, C#, Java, Objective C, or Swift • Experience building developer-facing APIs • Game development experience • Ability and dedication to pick up new platforms and excel on them • Understanding of mobile-specific technical and design considerations • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred #xboxlivejobs #getjobs
