Own and execute the engineering vision for our Virtual Agent offering Collaborate with product owners and science partners to drive product delivery and execution Lead the team to successfully deliver production ready scalable services Work with AI teams across the organization to assimilate and consolidate new technology and engineering solutions to deliver scalable, practical and integrated AI experiences accelerated by technology partnership
Graduate degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics or related Track record of successfully delivering scalable services into production; ideally in the context of a SaaS/PaaS solution. Experience in developing and leading full stack service teams. Ability to formulize ambiguous customer requirements into problem definitions and system design, dealing with ambiguity and competing objectives. 8+ years of experience managing engineering teams, ideally teams with or partnering with data scientists or ML development engineers. Experience in hiring and leading experienced developers as well
